Night-Time Anxiety & Sleep: questions answered

Answered 25 October 2026 at 3:09 am PKT

Yaar jab koi masla hojata hai tu phir raat ko so nhi pati chahe ankhon me jitni neend hi kyuu na ho

Aap kehta hai ke masla hone par raat ko neend nahi aati, yeh ek bohot common experience hai. Jab kuch tension mein hota hai, body mein adrenaline rehta hai, aur yeh sleep ko rok deta hai. Aap ankhon mein neend ho aur bhi, lekin mind active rehta hai, aur phir so nahi pate.

Ek cheez try karo: sone se pehle ek minute tak deep breathing karo — chaar second andar, cheh bahar. Aur agar kuch khayal aata hai, toh use paper par likho, phir side par rakh do. Yeh simple trick brain ko signal deta hai ke ab rest time hai.

Yeh aap ke body ka natural response hai, kuch galat nahi hai. Aur aap is process ko samajh kar manage kar sakte hain.

Do hafte tak karo, phir bhi theek na ho toh GP ya family doctor se baat karo. Unke paas jaake batao ke neend nahi aati aur tension mein rehte ho. Government hospital psychiatry departments bhi hain, aur university counselling services bhi available hain.
