Work with us

Paid work for psychology and medical professionals

We are building a panel of registered professionals to take paid sessions with people who reach us through anxiety.pk. If you are qualified, registered and want to do this work properly paid rather than as a favour, this is the form.

Registered professionals only. This is not the volunteer route. We ask for your registration number and we check it against the council register before anyone is approved — not because we doubt you, but because the people on the other end of these conversations are unwell, and a claim nobody verifies is worth nothing to them. If you would rather give time than take work, volunteer with us instead.

Who we can take

  • Psychiatrists, registered with PMDC or an equivalent body
  • Clinical and counselling psychologists
  • Psychotherapists and counsellors with a recognised qualification
  • Medical doctors, GP or specialist
  • Psychiatric nurses

Registration or licence number is required for all of these. Students, trainees and unregistered practitioners cannot be taken on the paid panel — the volunteer route is open to you and genuinely useful.

How it works

  • You tell us your rate. We do not set it and we do not haggle over it in this form.
  • Sessions are online unless you say otherwise, so where you live does not limit you.
  • You choose your own hours and how many you want.
  • We check your registration, then a person contacts you to talk properly.
  • If you are willing to take urgent referrals — someone who needs to be seen within hours rather than weeks — say so on the form, with the rate you charge for it. That is not an emergency service and we never ask a panel member to manage immediate risk to life; that goes to emergency services and a checked helpline.

About the information you are about to send

Every other part of this site is built to avoid knowing who anyone is. Questions are published anonymously, chat is keyed to a one-way hash, and phone numbers submitted to us are stripped out before anything is stored. This form is the exception, and it is deliberate. We cannot put someone in front of a person in distress without knowing exactly who they are.

What you send here is read only by the people assessing applications. It is never published, never shown to anyone using the service, and never used for anything other than considering you for this work. Your CV is stored on our server in a folder that is not reachable from the web. Ask us at hello@anxiety.pk and we will delete all of it, including the CV, without asking you why.

Tick everything you are comfortable taking. This is how we match a person to the right clinician rather than to whoever is free, so it is worth being honest about what you do not take as well.

Urgent work

Sometimes someone is deteriorating and needs to be seen within hours rather than in three weeks. If you are willing to take that kind of referral, tell us now — asking in the middle of it is too late. This is not an emergency service. Anyone whose life is at immediate risk is sent to emergency services and a checked helpline, not to a booking.

Being listed publicly

People searching for help in their own city is how most of them find anyone at all. If you are willing, we would list you in our public directory under the areas you cover. This is optional and separate from your application — we will consider you either way, and you can ask to be taken off the listing at any time.

Areas you cover

What would be shown: your name, photo, profession, qualifications, languages and the areas you cover. Never your phone number, email, home address, CV or rate — enquiries come through us.
