گھabraہٹ اور بے چینی: وسوسہ کو کیسے کنٹرول کریں

Answered 19 October 2026 at 1:09 pm PKT

یہ صفحہ مسلسل گھabraہٹ اور بے چینی کے بارے میں بات کرتا ہے۔ یہاں آپ کو وسوسہ اور اس کا حل ملیں گے۔

i am in stress

That sounds really heavy, aap. It's completely normal to feel overwhelmed when stress builds up. Let's try to take one small step right now.

The first thing is to just notice your breath. Don't force it, just feel it - in through your nose, out through your mouth. When you're stressed, your body is stuck in "alert mode," and slow, deep breathing is one of the simplest ways to tell your body that it's safe to calm down. Try breathing in for a count of four, and out for a count of six. Just do that for a few rounds. It's not about clearing your mind, just about giving your body a signal.

Stress is your body's alarm system, and when it stays on, it drains you completely. It's like a muscle that's been clenched for too long. That constant tension is what makes everything feel so difficult.

What has been going on around you that's been adding to this stress? And when did you start feeling this weight? Knowing that can help us figure out a way through it together. You don't have to carry it all alone.
